At Shining Light Music, we curate playlists for Irish pubs, restaurants, cafes and brands. Not a shuffled Spotify playlist, and not an algorithm's best guess. Music chosen specifically for the venue, the crowd and the brand it's playing in.

Most venues put real time into getting things right: the interior, the lighting, the branding, the menu. The soundtrack usually doesn't get the same attention, even though it's the first thing a customer notices walking through the door. That's the gap we fill.

Shining Light Music was founded by Liam Craig, who has over 15 years of experience across the Irish music industry as a performer, artist manager, music educator and producer. Originally from Belfast and now based in Derry, Liam has spent his career immersed in Irish music and culture from every angle.
He's also Director of Music at The Dead Rabbit in New York, widely regarded as the world's most awarded pub.
The playlists are built by someone who has spent decades in Irish music, not generated by an algorithm or an AI tool.

Shining Light Music curates the sound for the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin and the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in London, and is the playlist partner for Irish bars in New York, Austin, Los Angeles and London. These are venues that need real authenticity, not a generic Irish pub playlist pulled off a streaming app.
